Refund policy

Returns must be made within 10 days of the purchase date. The items must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging.

Only items purchased in our shop (leatt.ch) can be returned through us. If you purchased your item elsewhere, please return it there.

Here are the steps to do a return request:

1. Go to into your account.
2. Click on the order you'd like to return.
3. Click Request return.
4. Choose a reason for your request.
5. Submit the request and wait for our answer (This usually takes 1-3 business days).
